Hurricane Relief - Rebuild Jackson County

The Bacot/ McCarty Foundation has set up the "Hurricane Relief - Rebuild Jackson County Fund".  An account at the Merchants & Marine Bank has been set up to serve as the Jackson County clearinghouse for corporations, organizations, and individuals to donate desperately needed money to the hundreds of thousands of Jackson County residents who are recovering from the devastation of Hurricane Katrina.  Additionally, the Bacot/ McCarty Foundation, as always,  is guided by Christian principles.

SINCE HURRICANE KATRINA, THE FUND HAS DISTRIBUTED CLOSE TO  ONE MILLION DOLLARS TO OUR LOCAL COMMUNITIES!!

Many individuals and companiesare stepping up in commendable ways to help our families, friends, loved ones, and neighbors in Jackson County. If you would like to join us in this overwhelming challenge, we appreciate everything you can offer. We will carefully match your donations with the needs of our citizens and communities as determined by the a special commission of local business leaders. If you would like, you can specifically designate which individuals or recovery efforts your funds will be directed to. All contributions to the "Hurricane Relief - Rebuild Jackson County Fund" are tax-deductible, 501(c)(3) charitable donations.

Please Donate. You make the difference.
