Hurricane Relief - Rebuild Jackson County

A Message from the Commission Chairman

September 10, 2005

Dear Friends and Neighbors,

Victims of Hurricane Katrina in the Jackson County area are attempting to recover from the massive storm that left an a seemingly indellible mark on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. The Southern Missississipi region, specfically the Gulf Coast, was the hardest hit by Katrina’s path of destruction, causing thousands of victims to be left with nothing more than the clothes on their backs and little hope.  Many are homeless without any of the critical necessities for survival. By making a financial gift to "Hurricane Relief - Rebuild Jackson County Fund" we can channel resources directly to those who need it most to provide shelter, food, counseling and other assistance without the normal and unnecessary delays.

Sincerely,

Cherie Cole
Chairman, Hurricane Relief - Rebuild Jackson County Fund
